The Mariana Glen Homeowners Association Board meets once a month and the meeting minutes are recorded by the Secretary. Board meeting minutes provide an official record of all items discussed and actions taken during the meeting. Board meeting minutes are then posted here on our website for homeowners to review.

Annual Meetings:
Board meetings in 2024 will be posted on the web site calendar and decided several months in advance.
Mariana Glen holds an Annual Meeting and Budget meeting each year in March for a presentation of the previous year in review as well as plans and budget for the new year.Â
The budget presentation for the upcoming year is reviewed and voted on by members in attendance and the proxy votes. This determines the annual dues. The minutes and the presentation are posted here for all to view.
