💬 Comments: They are such nice people and they communicate very well for any days they need to skip or ask about if your yard is snow covered etc. Most companies charge you in full for a skip day but they split the cost with you.  They've never no-showed w/o notice and they do a great job at picking up the yard.

💬 Comments: Steve arrived on time, and was impressively thorough: he brought covers for his shoes to protect our carpeting; he was efficient, but not rushed. He took time to answer questions and to explain processes. He moved our dryer with care and fully vacuumed the floor beneath before returning it to its place. The diameter of our vent is small and that  caused a total blockage. Steve cleared the clog then completed the dryer vent cleaning. Extra effort but no extra cost, and still he accepted our discount coupon. The price was very fair.
